Join Lisa for a Gentle Stretch Workshop with guided meditation.  The class is a gentle yoga class consisting of passive stretching. The last 15 minutes Lisa will guide you through a meditation, creating a complete relaxation journey of the body and the mind.

Love yourself is the theme!

Props (blocks, straps and mats) will be provided.
